I believe the fastest you is the healthiest you. I want my athletes to achieve their goals but not at the cost of their mental and physical health. Running should be fun, not another task in your day!
I check in with each of my athletes on a daily basis. Coaching is an interactive process that requires transparent communication. I place an emphasis on aerobic fitness, speed development, mental strategies, and running form.
I use my running experience, exercise science degree, and coaching experience at the NCAA Division I level to inform how I structure my training plans. I tailor each plan to the individual and their goals. Each person has their own story and needs. I will provide insight into body adaptation, running form, and mental strategies for training and racing. I coach runners of all levels from beginners to elites. I enjoy coaching a wide variety of athletes!
