You have unlimited communication with me through text and email. I also comment on and update your running log 4-5 days a week. Communication is key to your development as an athlete. I am here to help you each and every day.
You will receive specialized training plans that fit your goals and your schedule. I take the guesswork out of your training structure. I develop training blocks for you and adjust your plan weekly to account for life commitments and unforeseen barriers.
I will provide mobility, strength, running form, and cross-training guidance. You will also receive gear and nutritional recommendations. All athletes get discounts at The Feed and Running Warehouse
